Dermaplaning is a Quick Way to Remove Dead Skin & Brighten Your Face
Dermaplaning is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment that removes the top layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) from your face using an exfoliating blade.
The treatment is simple with a sterile blade angled at 45 degrees, slowly maneuvered across your skin to remove any dead skin cells, peach fuzz or any other debris that may be making your skin surface look dull and uneven.
Dermaplaning is quick and easy treatment with no downtime. Excellent for refreshing dull and dry skin.
Combining this treatment with a Peel or a facial will magnify the outcome of the treatment leaving you with radiant glow and fresh appearance.

First the practitioner will clean your skin, then they will apply a slip (oil) to help with the scraping process and not to leave you with red skin, once completed the practitioner will clean off the slip and moisturise your skin.
Procedure will take 30 minutes to be completed. 40-50 minutes if you have a facial with the Dermaplaning treatment.

The short answer is No. The hair will still grow and be the same as it was unless you have had changes in your hormone levels which can affect your hair growth and color. The hair, which will take about a week to grow back, may feel courser as it grows back and that is due to the way the blade has cut the hair as hair grows with a blunt end.
