Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment, receiving services, or purchasing products from Laser Skin & Vein Clinic, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before engaging our services.
2. Appointments
a. Booking: Appointments can be made in advance by phone, text, website, email or in person at our clinic.
b. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that you may need to change or cancel appointments. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. We have a fee of $50.00 for a cancellation.
c. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients, or you will need to reschedule your appointment.
d. No-shows: Will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
3. Services
a. Consultation: If you are new to us or seeking a new service, we will do a consultation before providing treatment to ensure that the patient has been informed and is comfortable to proceed with treatment.
b. Results: Results of treatments vary among individuals. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, as results depend on factors such as individual physiology and adherence to post-treatment instructions.
c. Post-Treatment Care: Clients are responsible for following post-treatment care instructions provided by our staff.
4. Payment
a. Fees: Payment for services and products is due at the time of service or purchase.
Refundable deposits fees of $50.00 maybe requested to secure bookings as peak times and for all new clients attending the clinics.
b. Methods of Payment: We accept cash, credit cards (Master/Visa) and electronic payments. Payment details will be handled securely.
Payment plans are also available through Payright.
c. Pricing: Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice.
5. Health and Safety
a. Medical History: Clients must provide accurate information about their medical history and any medications or medical conditions before receiving treatments.
b. Contraindications: Certain medical conditions or medications may contraindicate specific treatments. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is determined to be unsafe.
c. Informed Consent: Clients will be required to sign informed consent forms for certain treatments, acknowledging understanding and acceptance of potential risks and benefits.
6. Privacy
a. Personal Information: We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Australian Privacy Laws.
7. Liability
a. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Laser Skin & Vein Clinic shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or harm resulting from our services or products.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated on our website and become effective 5 days after being posted.
