Cancellations & Missed Appointment Policies

Thank you for choosing Laser Skin & Vein Clinic for you aesthetic and wellness needs.

To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Appointment Cancellation:

a. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Laser Skin & Vein Clinic at least 24 hours in advance.

b. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fee:

a. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

b. The cancellation fee is $50.00 for all appointments excluding Doctors appointments on a Saturday which are $100.00 cancellation fee and will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid before scheduling future appointments.

3. No-Show Policy:

a. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be considered a “no-show”.

b. No-shows may be charged the following scale:

$50 for up to a 30 minute appointment
$100 for 30 minute – 1hour appointment
$150 for 1hour + appointment

c. Or you will be required to prepay for your next appointment.

4. Late Arrivals:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid inconvenience for other scheduled clients.

5. Emergencies and Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.

6. Package and Membership Holders:

Clients with prepaid packages or memberships may have a session deducted or a fee applied for missed or cancelled appointments in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

7. Rescheduling:

We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

8. Policy Acceptance:

By scheduling an appointment with Laser Skin & Vein Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Cancellation Policy.

9. Policy Changes:

Laser Skin & Vein Clinic reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
