Laser Skin & Vein Clinics Refund Policy for Services

  1. Introduction

At Laser Skin & Vein Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our valued customers. We understand that there may be situations where you may seek a refund for services rendered. This policy outlines our refund process in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Refund Eligibility

      a. Consumer Guarantees: Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation if your services:
            a. Are not provided with due care and skill.
            b. Are not fit for their intended purpose.
            c. Do not match the description provided.
            d. Fail to meet other consumer guarantees under the ACL.

      b. Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer require our services, you are not automatically entitled to a refund. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in section 2, please follow these steps:

      a. Contact Us: Contact our clinic as soon as possible or within 14 days of time of treatment to discuss your concerns and request a refund.

      b. Provide Information: You may be asked to provide information such as a description of the issue, timeframe and activities undertaken after the treatment, and be asked to have the practitioner review you in person.

      c. Evaluation: We will review you request and determine whether it meets the criteria for a refund as per the ACL.

4. Timeframes for Refunds

a. If your request for a refund is approved:

i. Refunds for services will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

ii. The refund will be provided to you using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

b. If we cannot provide a refund within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide you with an explanation and keep you informed of progress.

5. No Refund Situations

      a. No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel without adequate notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.

b. Exclusions: Certain services or situations may be excluded from this refund policy, and we will communicate these exclusions to you in advance.

6. Amendments to Policy

We reserve the right to amend or update this refund policy at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated on our website and become effective 5 days after being posted.
