4. Timeframes for Remedies
a. If you request for a refund or exchange is approved:

ii. Refunds will be provided using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
b. If we cannot provide a remedy within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide you with an explanation and keep you informed of the progress.
5. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we may consider accepting returns on a case-by-case basis, but we are not obligated to do so under the ACL.
6. No Refund Situations:
Certain situations may not be eligible for refunds, including:

c. Products that were on sale or marked as clearance items as the time of purchase.
