Please note: We require a $50 deposit to book the Free Registered Nurse consult. The deposit will be returned in full if you cancel before 24 hours of the appointment, or if you do not get any treatment at the consult, If you do have a treatment the $50 will be deducted from the treatment cost. In the case of a No Show to the appointment or a late cancellation within 24hours of the appointed time the deposit will be forfeited.
